The company announced a dividend of $0.0976 per share, payable on June 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2026.

STRC is Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock, designed to provide investors with monthly income while supporting the company’s Bitcoin acquisition strategy.
